A day at the pool bar was definitely going to have me hungry. So when I went to Cabana, they had a lot at the bar and that’s where I found jerk chicken tacos.
The tacos had lime, pineapple, coriander, mayonnaise and of course, the jerk chicken. A lot of places that would have jerk chicken wouldn’t actually be jerked especially at a bar. But Cabana’s one was actually jerked which was a surprise.
Maybe it was the heat and the sun but there was definitely more spice to these tacos thanks to it. It was a lot more smokier and moist with the additional toppings but wasn’t overbearing to have. Two was also enough to withstand the heat and fill me up, but it was perfect.
