I’ve grown accustomed to making this soup whenever the weather dips a little. So here’s a quick noodle soup that would be perfect to have during these colder months.
Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1 Square Piece of Ginger
- 1 Spring Onion
- 1 tablespoon of Salt
- 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper
- 1 pack of Thin Sliced Beef (either beef flank or short rib slices)
- 2 Garlic
- 2 packs of Tonkotsu Ramen Noodles with ramen seasoning pack
- 2 tablespoons of Sesame Seeds
- 2 tablespoons of Mixed Herbs
- 3 teaspoons of Chinese 5 Spice
- 3 teaspoons of Shichimi
- 3 teaspoons of Cumin
How-to Recipe (Serves 2)
- Cut up the onion, garlic and ginger then fry into a pot for 2 mins.
- Add water and the tonkotsu ramen noodles and after it starts getting soft, add the thin sliced beef.
- Put the slices of beef in. Once it starts getting browner, add the seasoning.
- Stir everything and then serve.
