Another spontaneous dish that I made. Hope you enjoy making it yourself!
Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 1 Square Piece of Ginger
- 1 tablespoon of Salt
- 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper
- 1 pack of Thin Sliced Beef (either beef flank or short rib slices)
- 1 Bottle of Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 Garlic
- 2 tablespoons of Mixed Herbs
- 2 tablespoons of Paprika
- 3 teaspoons of Chinese 5 Spice
- 3 teaspoons of Cumin
- Jasmine or Sushi Rice
How-to Recipe (Serves 2)
- Start by washing the rice then boil in the pot or rice cooker. Check on it during steps 3 and 5.0
- Once chopped, place the onion, garlic and the piece of ginger into a pot to fry for 2 mins.
- Add water to the pot at the same level as the _ and add the thin-sliced beef. Let it cook for 5 mins.
- Once the beef is getting brown, add the seasoning and teriyaki sauce. Stir for 2 mins.
- Stir for 2 mins then turn off the heat.
- Serve with rice.
