Ichiran Ramen Level 10 Review

Ichiran Ramen Level 10 Review

Read Time:55 Second

Ichiran Ramen’s Level 10 was something I hadn’t tried before until a friend mentioned it to me.
It’s sadly disappointing, let me explain. For other food chains, there’s a noticeable difference in spice the higher you go and you can taste it, whether it’s on your head, your belly or on your tongue.
From what I remember, Ichiran’s spice level was the same to me.

The level 10 that I had was no different to a 5 that I have previously had. The only addition was more of their red secret sauce (赤い秘伝のだれ) to my ramen which is supposed to be mixed with 30 different ingredients such as chilli peppers from around the world as the base.

The red secret sauce is packed with togarashi, a common Japanese spice used in many foods but for dish,
Instead of recommending it, I’d say it’s best to get between spice level 5-7 because that’s just right. And I’d say for a final review, Ichiran’s level 10 is around a Nyam rank 7.
