Here’s another recipe I’ve worked on perfecting in my own way, and for the first try it went very well. A quick and easy dish to enjoy that’s delicious and extra spicy.

Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
- Penne or your choice of pasta
- Mozzarella or your choice of cheese
- 3 teaspoons of Oregano
- 2 tablespoons of Gochujang paste
- 1 Single Cream
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- 1 teapspoon of Pepper

How-to Recipe
- Boil pasta into a pot until cooked for 10-12 mins.
- In a frying pan, add cream and gochujang to heat for 1 min.
- Add the pasta to the frying pan with the seasoning.
- Stir altogether for under 1 min then add cheese before turning off the heat.
