Nyam Recipes – Gochuang Creamy Pasta

Here’s another recipe I’ve worked on perfecting in my own way, and for the first try it went very well. A quick and easy dish to enjoy that’s delicious and extra spicy.

Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

  • Penne or your choice of pasta
  • Mozzarella or your choice of cheese
  • 3 teaspoons of Oregano
  • 2 tablespoons of Gochujang paste
  • 1 Single Cream
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt
  • 1 teapspoon of Pepper

How-to Recipe

  1. Boil pasta into a pot until cooked for 10-12 mins.
  2. In a frying pan, add cream and gochujang to heat for 1 min.
  3. Add the pasta to the frying pan with the seasoning.
  4. Stir altogether for under 1 min then add cheese before turning off the heat.
