Last year, I experimented with BBQ sauce to create a new tofu dish. For this recipe, I used Levi Roots BBQ to make something new and a touch of Isot Biber to add more. I’m not including rice and peas into the recipe as it was made beforehand.

Ingredients (Serves 2-3)
- BBQ sauce (brand is optional)
- ½ Onion
- 1 pack of Firm Tofu
- 1 teaspoon of Parsley
- 1 tablespoon of Salt
- 1 tablespoon of Mixed Herbs
- 1 tablespoon of White Pepper
- 1 tablespoon of White Sesame Seeds
- 1½ tablespoons of Urfa (Isot) Biber (optional)
- 2 Garlic
- 2 Baby Corn

How-to Recipe
- Cut up the onion, garlic and baby corn and put in a frying pan with oil.
- Defrost the pack of tofu if frozen. Then cook the tofu with the onion, garlic and baby corn for 5 minutes.
- Add the seasoning and white sesame seeds then stir altogether.
- Serve with rice and peas (if you don’t have, you can also use jasmine rice).
